Make Money On Ebay – Beginners Should Start Simple

If you are a beginner as an eBay seller you know that the whole process can be daunting. I have a few suggestions that may make selling on eBay a little easier.

1. Start by selling something that you own. It may sound elementary but find something around the house that you don’t want anymore. Make sure it is in good shape, you don’t want to sell junk your first time. If you don’t have anything to sell then go to a garage sale and find some good items. Remember don’t buy junk.
2. Find a reliable drop ship supplier. Drop shipping is the easiest way for beginners to get their feet wet as an eBay seller. A drop shipper will inventory and ship the product for you. Some of the better drop shippers will have pre-made ads for you to cut and paste into your eBay auction listing. This feature alone will save you hours of time as you begin to grow your eBay business. As a beginner you need to let others take care of inventory and shipping, but make sure you have a reliable drop shipper.
3. Study the eBay affiliate site to find out what is hot. As a beginner you want to find what sells on eBay fast. If look at the eBay site you will see a link for the affiliate program. You don’t have to join the program to gain access to the reports. eBay maintains a monthly report of what is selling best on eBay. Take a look at the report and then find a product that you would like to sell. The tough part is finding a wholesale source or drop shipper for the product you want to sell. After years of selling on eBay, I can tell you that the tough part is finding reliable wholesale sources.

If you are a beginner on eBay and you want to make money selling on eBay then follow the simple rules above. After a few listings you can venture out into other products and services. Good luck making money on eBay, it can be a great second income or even primary income.
